My prayer is that my website and services would give you the confidence to believe that with God's helping hands, you can heal from whatever ails you.  My goal is to empower you to take your health and healing into your own hands and to know that there is nothing that you cannot overcome with the Lord's help and guidance. 

 

The Lord gave me the knowledge that I needed to heal myself with lifestyle changes, diet and supplementation.  In my early twenties they told me I had the health of a 60 year old!  I got on my face before God and asked Him what I was doing that was hindering His ability to heal me.  He spoke to ever so lovingly but honestly and told me that I was being gluttonous by putting things in and on my body that did not produce a healthy temple for Him. And that started my journey of stewardship of my temple and health unto the Lord Jesus Christ.
