Scheduling Please be on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment, you must do so no later than 24 hours in advance; otherwise, you will forfeit that appointment (without refund) and will not have an opportunity to reschedule it. If you miss your appointment/call without any notice, we have the right to choose to reschedule or not to reschedule that appointment/call without refund.  We value our client's time and decision to work with us and we expect the same respect and value in return.  We understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances or emergency situations happen but we still reserve the right to choose to reschedule or not to reschedule if you miss your scheduled appointment/call.  Clients in the coaching packages and wellness programs must complete all included calls within that month's time frame. Any included sessions not scheduled by the client within the coaching package and wellness program month periods, forfeit the remainder of their appointments/calls. It is the client's responsibility to follow through with their scheduled calls and appointments.

Refund Policy. All sales are final on all services. There are no refunds. If you decide to end our coaching relationship before your coaching time has completed, you then either forfeit your funds or you may gift the remainder of your coaching program to a friend or family member. If you are unhappy with your results, you take full responsibility for your personal outcome; our role as your coach and mentor is to guide you and educate you but you have to be the one to follow the course to get desired results. I reserve the right to decide which clients I work with and to ban clients from my practice and my programs if they behave disrespectfully to me or to any of my staff. Unless I end the coaching relationship myself, you are welcome back at any time.
