What is The Plan?
First we schedule a consultation to evaluate your current health, areas you want to improve on, and conditions you desire to heal. This includes your physical health, emotional/mental health and your spiritual health. Then we come up with a coaching schedule. We offer one month, three month and six month coaching programs. The coaching program allows the client to have unlimited direct access to Tasha so that they get more hand holding and ongoing support. Our goal is to empower you to take control of your health holistically so you can really heal and start truly living your life!
Health and Wellness Coaching
By hiring me as your health coach and mentor on your healing journey, you will learn how to heal from mystery illnesses, how to repair and build your immune system and how to protect yourself from getting ill in the future. The most important thing to remember when you are trying to heal is to surround yourself with people who encourage and support you emotionally to stay positive and keep going.
